VALUATIONS
Our team of dedicated, RICS-registered valuers operate to the highest
professional standards. Many are also members of the Central Association
of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), providing specialist expertise in rural
valuation matters.
Our regional team has extensive experience valuing a wide range of
property, including high-value residential homes, farms and rural estates,
commercial assets, investment portfolios, renewable energy schemes, and
rural diversification projects.
We work closely with legal, financial, and tax advisers to provide accurate,
tailored valuation reports for purposes including asset valuation, loan
security, purchase and sale, pension administration, expert witness work,
partnership and matrimonial matters, taxation (including Capital Gains Tax
and Inheritance Tax), and compliance with the Charities Act 2011.
We also provide independent Expert Witness valuations for disputes
involving business breakdowns, negligence claims, or contested property
values, offering clear, impartial evidence for court, tribunal, or alternative
dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
