Rent Guarantee Insurance

that’s why we offer rent guarantee insurance to
landlords. youngsRPS Rent Guarantee Insurance
provides landlords with peace of mind that we will
assist in settling a dispute in rent arrears or damage to
a property outside of the legal system as well as handle
the time-consuming task of making a settlement. With
this service, you’ll always get the income you expect,
regardless of whether the tenant has paid.
Zero Deposit for Tenants
We operate an innovative no deposit scheme to get
tenants into your property faster. Instead of the
maximum five week’s worth of rent, tenants pay a
small non-refundable check in fee of one weeks’ rent or
£120 (whichever is greater) and are liable to pay for
any damages they are responsible for when it is time to
move out.
