property photographs better, feels more inviting, and helps buyers picture themselves living there.

.....Open blinds/curtains to maximise natural light
.....Hide pet beds, bowls, and litter trays
.....Clear worktops, floors, and visible cables
Turn off TVs and tidy leads
If you’re able to, please see some additional recommended tasks below to help prepare your property for marketing:
Sweep paths, remove debris, and keep bins neatly stored out of sight, clean the front door if needed.
Declutter to maximise space and create a natural flow through each room. Simple finishing touches such as
cushions, throws, or flowers can make the space feel more inviting.
Clear and clean kitchen worktops and appliances. Empty the bin to keep kitchen smelling clean and fresh
Thoroughly clean tiles, grout, taps, and mirrors in bathrooms. Consider replacing any discoloured sealant and storing
toiletries out of sight.
Make beds neatly and clear bedside tables and other surfaces to create a calm, uncluttered look.
Try and keep lawns mowed borders tidy and weeds removed. If time allows clean patios, paths, and decking.
